Kim leads many roles every day: not only is she a devoted mom, bonus mom, and wife, Kim is also a professional firefighter, leader, coach and self-described mindset junkie with many passions.
Before her twins Myla & Beckett could walk or talk, Kim would hold them in front of a mirror and say I AM affirmations. She was amazed to see how their body language and facial expressions changed during this special time together
This led to her vision of empowering the next generation to love and accept every part of themselves, and to believe in the strength they carry within. This is how I AM was born.

Now the affirmations that she said with her children—such as I AM SMART, I AM BEAUTIFUL/HANDSOME, I AM KIND, I AM GENEROUS, I AM FULL OF LOVE, plus many more—have been brought together in a fun and educational way to help both adults and kids experience their true power, and Kim now gets to live one of her own affirmations—I AM IMPACTFUL.
Being the only female in her Fire Department for many years, Kim had to find the confidence and mindset from within. In order to encourage more people to follow their dreams she now has a leading role in the organizing and running of a Fire Camp for Girls, Trans and Non Bianary youth in her community, as well as a part time instructor at the local College Fire School.
